PRIVATE COACHING CANCELLATION POLICY:
All cancellation/changes must be done at least 24 hours in advance of session time. If you miss your session, cancel, or change your session with less than 24-hour notice, you will be charged for the session. There is no refund or exchange policy. ACTING WORKSHOPS: Workshop fees are not refundable unless notice is given at least 5 days in advance. Fees may also be transferred to a future workshop or individual coaching if notice is given at least 5 days prior to the workshop for which you are enrolled. PRIVATE COACHING PACKAGES: You are welcome to purchase packages of 5 or 10 sessions. COACHING PAYMENT Packages
You may purchase 5 session packages or 10 session packages. All sessions must be completed within 3 months from time of purchase.

Credits are issued under extenuating circumstances only and at the discretion of the instructor.

Public Speaking COACHING Policy

PRIVATE SPEECH COACHING:
Pierre Acting Coach has a 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy for private speech coaching. This policy is in place out of the respect for our clients.
Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule that time slot.
